Ten units are linked in a variety of ways around a courtyard. The archetype of an ancient Flemish farm is the source for used materials, colors and design. The wing along the main road is higher, the parallel wing facing the landscape is lower. One wing overlooks the other towards the landscape. The connectin wing is suspended between the two parallel wings with underneath a transmission zone between the public road and the inner courtyard.
The homes are very diverse: single layer appartments which are wheelchair accessible, 5-storey split level apartments, large and small entities, all with enchanting views on the rural landscape. The sloping roofs and incisions provide interesting views to the church' belltower and the surrounding area, as well as letting in the enchanting morning light or the red glow of the evening sun.[+]
